Welcome to the booking page. Here you’ll find the main booking form for whatever con I’m booking for next. For non-convention bookings, please contact me directly.
Below are my booking disclaimers and terms of service — this information is also included directly on the booking forms. Please read thoroughly before proceeding, and don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Booking NOW: TBD 2025
Disclaimers, Deposits, & Copyright Notice
Disclaimers:
-I reserve the right to decline or cancel a shoot if I am not comfortable with any part of the collaborative process. As photographer and model(s), we will be working closely and collaboratively, and if I do not feel like we can get on the same creative page or if there are any issues between us, I will either decline the shoot or issue a refund.
-For location shoots, cancellations may maintain their deposit and be rebooked once to a new time and day that works for both of us. No-shows will not have their deposit refunded.
-For convention shoots, cancellations within 48 hours of the shoot will receive a partial refund. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund. The option to rebook within the same con is always open, and if you can no longer make your shoot but will be attending another con that I’m shooting at in the future, you can opt to put your deposit down for that new shoot.
-If you are booking multiple shoots with me, please fill out a separate booking request for each shoot.
Deposits:
-I require a deposit of $25 upon confirmation of booking to secure your spot. This can be paid through PayPal (@heckingcoldoutside), Venmo (@bella-johnstone), or Zelle.
-The remainder of the cost of your shoot is due no later than one week prior to the day of the shoot, though you can make that payment earlier if that is more convenient.
-Shoots booked less than a week prior to con require full payment up front.
-Please reach out to me prior to submitting a booking request if you need to pay for any portion of your shoot in cash.
Copyright Notice
As the photographer, I own the copyright to every photo I take. This means I can post any photo taken during a shoot to any of my socials or website, use photos for promotional materials, submit to contests (with model permission), etc. I will not sell the copyright to any of my work, for any reason, ever.
If you wish to utilize your photos for business cards, prints, posters, banners, etc. please reach out! This will allow me to provide you with a form stating that I’ve given you the right to use photos, and I’ll also be able to provide resized copies of your photos that will look better when printed.
